Mayar approaches each piece as an opportunity to honor something worn down by time. Through hand-drawn designs, she restores the curves of a traditional house, returns its leaves to the century-old olive tree that stands beside it, and brings back the sunlight that had long since faded away. Her work celebrates the enduring beauty of memory, a devotion to heritage, and the quiet loyalty of one’s roots.
The founders
From a young age, Mayar developed a passion for accessories and their power of expression. Over time, she envisioned a house where her sensibility meets the symbols that shaped her childhood in Lebanon.
Alongside Guillaume, she sketched her first ideas, and little by little, he became part of the journey.
With Le Carré Mayar, they bring to life a vision: a scarf that unfolds like a canvas, carrying the subtle echo of a cherished heritage.
