Shipping Rates
Metropolitan France & Monaco: €5
Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom): €9
Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders of €160 or more.
Middle East (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon): €30
Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders of $200 or more.
Orders shipped to the Middle East are dispatched on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any customs duties and local taxes applicable upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Le Carré Mayar cannot be held liable for any customs charges imposed by local authorities.
Estimated Delivery Times
Metropolitan France: 2–4 business days
Europe : 4-7 business days
Middle East : 5-8 business days

Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
For pre-order items, the production timeframe indicated on the product page will be added to the shipping time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment in real time.

Responsibility for the order transfers once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund depending on the circumstances.
