Terms of sale
1. Introduction
The website www.lecarremayar.com (the “Site”) is operated by Le Carré Mayar SASU, with a share capital of €100, registered at 2 Allée Gisèle Halimi, 92110 Clichy, France, under SIRET number 993 254 531 00011, VAT number FR41993254531.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern all purchases made through the Site between Le Carré Mayar and its customers (the “Customer”).
2. Products
The products offered are those listed on the Site at the time of purchase.
Essential characteristics of each product are indicated on its corresponding product page.
Images are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations in color or detail may occur.
Pre-order items are subject to the production times indicated on their product pages.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in euros (€), including VAT, excluding shipping costs. For orders shipped to the Middle East (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon), prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD)
Shipping costs are displayed on the “Shipping & Returns” page and added to the order total at checkout.
Le Carré Mayar reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of confirmation.
4. Orders
By placing an order, the Customer accepts these T&Cs in full.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
A confirmation email summarizing the order will be sent to the Customer.
5. Payment
Payment is made online via the secure options provided on the Site.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other local payment options available via Shopify Payments.
The order is confirmed once payment authorization has been obtained.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped to Metropolitan France, Monaco, the Middle East (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon), and the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Sweden, and Switzerland. Orders shipped to the Middle East are dispatched on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are detailed on the “Shipping & Returns” page.
A tracking number is provided for each shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or during peak periods.
For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.
Risk transfers to the Customer once the product is physically received by the Customer or a third party designated by them.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Customers whose orders are shipped within the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Monaco are entitled to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of receipt, without obligation to provide justification.
Return instructions are provided on the “Shipping & Returns” page.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases of defective products or errors attributable to Le Carré Mayar.
Products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Items returned damaged or used will not be refunded.
8. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within fourteen (14) days via the same payment method used for the order.
Refunds may be delayed until the returned product is received or proof of shipment is provided.
9. Legal Warranties
All products benefit from the statutory warranties for conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Any defects must be reported promptly to Customer Service, and products must be returned according to the specified procedure.
10. Liability
Le Carré Mayar cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product or negligence by the Customer.
The company’s liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages arising from the contract, in compliance with mandatory legal provisions.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, designs, patterns) is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, or use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
12. Personal Data
Personal data collected is necessary for processing orders and improving services.
In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.
13. Mediation and Disputes
In accordance with consumer law, the Customer may contact a certified consumer mediator to resolve any dispute amicably.

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
If no amicable solution is reached, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
