Returns

Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Return shipping is complimentary for orders delivered within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Monaco. For all other destinations, return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer, except where the return arises from an error attributable to Le Carré Mayar or a proven product defect.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be intact, unworn or unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or the receipt will also be required.

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Upon validation, a prepaid return label will be provided for orders shipped within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Monaco. For all other destinations, return instructions will be communicated and return shipping costs shall remain at the customer's expense.

Damaged or non-conforming items

Please check your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can find a solution.

 


 

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain the item you want is to return the one you received and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

 


 

Right of withdrawal

Customers whose orders are shipped within the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Monaco are entitled to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, without obligation to provide justification. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

 


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
