Orders shipped to the Middle East (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon) are invoiced in US Dollars (USD). Any customs duties and local taxes applicable upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date payment information and authorize the use of the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Orders shipped to the Middle East are dispatched on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Le Carré Mayar cannot be held liable for any customs charges imposed by local authorities.

  • Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the product is handed to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal (for EU consumers)

  • Customers whose orders are shipped within the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Monaco are entitled to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt, without obligation to provide justification.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • To exercise this right, follow the instructions in our Return and Refund Policy.
